Indiana Economic Development Corporation has partnered with gener8tor, a business startup accelerator, to provide a series of webinars to introduce resources for Indiana’s small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thursday’s webinar was led by Johnnie Walker with inDinero, a firm that assists companies with accounting, tax, and CFO support. The focus was on planning and business management strategies. Topic include:
- Cash preservation
- Contingency planning
- Staffing – layoffs vs furloughs
- Consider outsourcing
- Communicating with your stakeholders
- Impacts on fundraising and investment
- Cash flow forecasting model
